I Know You Have Questions.
These Are The Ones I Get Asked All The Time.
Take a moment to go over these "most commonly asked questions" and you will be totally prepared for the upcoming session(s). If your question is not answered here, call 284-9202 before your session, and I will be MORE THAN HAPPY to answer your questions for you! I am proud to give you the information to make this year incredible for you, your baby and family.
What exactly is “Little Wiggles and Giggles” and is there a sitting fee?
Little Wiggles and Giggles is a series of 4 photo sessions. I take them at certain stages. Approximately 3 mos, 6 mos, 9 mos and 12 mos. You pick your favorite photograph from each session. It's awesome. |
I can skip a stage if I want to....right?
Should you decide to skip any of the 4 sessions--your money for Little Wiggles and Giggles will be cheerfully refunded without any additional compensation. I always have a waiting list of clients wanting to do all 4 sessions with me and that's the way this program is designed. |
Do I have to confirm my appointment with you? I've heard you have a waiting list.
I have a “round the clock” voice mail at 808-625-1050 for confirming all appointments. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please let me know. I will do my best to reschedule another time for you, the best times are not always guaranteed at the time you call - hence my ongoing waiting list. At times, I may be very limited for time slots or could even be sold out. I continue to offer the finest service--bar none--for my clients. Parents are responsible for keeping all appointments. I have reserved your time exclusively for you, so confirming is a courtesy to me and the other moms who are anxious to have me photograph their babies. |
What happens if I am not happy with you - for any reason?
I am extremely proud of my 99% client satisfaction rating. However, I certainly understand I cannot please everyone. If you are not happy with my photography, my policies, my pricing, my studio facilities--there is no problem. I will work hard to make you happy--but if I cannot--you receive an instant refund for the services. |
Are you open on Saturday or Sunday?
Sorry...I am not open on weekends. My clients are glad that I am not. You see--I cannot be creative, working over 100 hours per week. My clients love my work, because it doesn’t look “stale” or “boring.” They always tell me “it looks different...natural...clean...I cannot describe it, but I love it!” One of the reasons for this is that I am not “burnt out” by photographing 10,459 babies a week. Leave that to the a “chain store” studios. I only photograph from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. I need time on the weekends to recharge my batteries in order to produce the finest work I am capable of so your portraits can proudly grace the interior of your home. The sacrifice you will make for these portraits will be well worth the investment of your time-- I promise you that. Trust me...I will not let you down. |
What do you do if my baby gets fussy?
Leave the worrying to me. In my experience, there are only 6 reasons why a baby cries. Hunger, dirty diaper, gas, tired, sick or sensing mom's nervousness. I can handle 5 out of 6 of these. The one I have no control over is sickness. I will reschedule if your baby is sick. I do understand what the babies go through and your concern is my concern. |
Do you run your studio like other “Chain Store” studios? I had a bad experience.
My clients are always telling me how the photography is so “painless” in comparison to chain studios. May I be completely honest? If I had a dollar for every client who calls me and tells me of the “horrible” experience they had elsewhere...well, there would be no reason to give this information to you. However, because of my love for children (their safety and happiness) and my love of photography (to capture not just what they “look like” but what they “are like”), you will find the “total” experience an absolute pleasure. |
What happens if I can't show up for an appointment?
I certainly understand things happen. If you've confirmed your appointment with me and something comes up and you need to change it...I understand. Where the problem lies is when you do not confirm your appointment, and then you do not show up. This makes it unfair to everyone who understands what I am all about here. Remember you NEVER have to wait here for your appointment. Your appointment is ONLY for you and your baby. All I ask is a simple courtesy of letting me know if you are not coming. |
When do I make my selections for the poses I want?
After your session, I will set up an appointment for you to come back to view your photographs in my "INCREDIBLE-- NOT TO BE MISSED" multi media room. I will give you more information about this incredible experience when you come for your session. |
What can I expect at the session?
Expect Fast Paced Fun! As parents, we know children have a very low tolerance for doing any one thing for too long a time. I ask you to trust me in my approach to creating the portraits you will have for a lifetime. Not all babies smile on command, and I can never guarantee a smile. Each baby is different. Some of my finest images I have ever created had a “sweet” expression on the child. |
Can I bring help with me?
Of course you can.....in fact, I welcome it. It makes you feel better to have help. |
How many poses do you take?
Ok.....repeat after me....“my child controls the session”.....c’mon say it! I am kidding...but it is true. Your child will control the session and that’s what separates me from a high volume chain studio. I take as many as I can to fulfill the Little Wiggles and Giggles Art collection. Additional poses will be taken solely at my discretion. The amount of images I create will always depend on the type of session being done. You will always have enough to complete the Little Wiggles and Giggles Art Collection. |
What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
Well—don’t forget the baby! (Sorry...I’m a kidder). Seriously, let’s take a moment to go over each of the different sessions that I do in my studio for babies. I will go into some details in a minute of what to bring with you, and what to look for as “growth” stages and the best time to photograph a baby. |
What if I have to feed my baby? I am nursing.
For your comfort I have a private feeding/changing room. This room is equipped with diapers, wipes, etc., and I also have a microwave available for heating formula. For obvious reasons, I do not have formula or bottles on hand. I do have juice boxes, and my snacks for your older children. If your baby gets hungry, I stop the session, and you can feed your baby. You and your baby can listen to soft lullaby music and a gentle waterfall. This is the secret to my success. A happy baby! Should you have any further questions (I don't care how dumb you think it may be), please call my studio at 284-9202, during regular business hours, and I will be happy to answer your questions. |
